The building has administrative and office designation. Three offices are situated on the terrace-like floor (height +8.80), on the third floor (height +5.90) and on the second floor (height +3.0). The vertical connection between the floors is fulfilled by staircase, which is situated in the centre of the building.
The main entrance of the building is located on the level of the first floor (height +0.00) on the northern facade. There are two offices and a fast food restaurant on the first floor. Office 1 has a separate entrance on the yard side. A room at the main entrance is provided for a porter, who controls the access to the staircase and the offices. The restaurant has a separate entrance for clients, which is situated on the south-western facade. The catering hall, the kitchen and the kitchenware of the restaurant are situated on the first floor. The washing room has its own exit to the yard, situated on the northern facade.
Warehouse premises, preparatory premises and changing-rooms for the staff of the restaurant are situated on the basement floor (height -2.80), as well as bedrooms for the staff, warehouse areas and technical premises. Connection between the preparatory premises and the kitchen, which is on the first floor, is realized by staircase between the floors. The restaurant is replenished through a separate entrance, which is situated on the level of the basement. Displacement between the levels is overcome through an outdoor staircase, which is situated on the northern facade. There are six rooms for the staff in the south central part of the building on the level of the basement, which have separate sanitary premises and exit to the yard. An English style yard leads to the rooms, which furthers their maximum illumination. The warehouse areas and the technical premises, which are situated in the north-eastern part of the building, are accessible through the English style yard.
The building is firmly constructed – steel-concrete beams, columns and slabs in combination with surrounding and partitioned off walls from ceramic bricks.

The resort Sunny Beach is perched at 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast.
