     Topola Skies is a private ecological holiday complex in one of the most beautiful locations on the Northern Black Sea Coast, between the old towns of Kavarna and Balchik. The complex is set across the plateau of the lovely village of Topol, 50 minutes north of Varna and only 15 minutes away from the legendary Cape Kaliakra. Topola Skies is surrounded by three golf courses – Thracian Cliffs, Black Sea Rama and Lighthouse. Topola Skies will consist of several 3-4 storey buildings housing a total of 204 luxury apartments – ranging from one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with incredible views towards the sea and golf courses. Topola Skies offers a total of 204 two-room, three-room and VIP apartments, situated within four buildings over a total area of 26,000 sq.m.  The building offering VIP apartments will be built directly into the rockface on the slope overlooking the sea.

Each apartment in the resort will be luxuriously finished with a kitchen, bathroom, plastered walls and insulation. The apartments will have cable TV, Internet and telephone points. Several types of furnishing options will also be available to suit the clients' needs. The common areas in the resort include a business centre, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a  playground for children, mini football pitch, restaurants and shops, a modern Spa & Beauty centre, a parking lot and twenty-four-hour security. Apartment maintenance and management will also be available.

Topola Skies will have a modern and well-equipped Spa centre including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, steam baths and infrared cabins. The Spa centre will accommodate a beauty salon with hairdresser's, massage room, anti-cellulite programmes, water therapy, etc.


Additional services

A shopping area will be built in Topola Skies offering food, clothes, sports accessories and a pharmacy, as well as catering facilities: a restaurant, a cafe and a tavern.
A Sports centre for children and adults with 2 tennis courts, a mini football pitch, bike paths and pool tables.

Services including apartment rental, administration & marketing teams, property maintenance, laundry and ironing will be at the apartment owners' disposal.

A business centre will be built offering halls for congress and conference tourism, a printer, a fax machine and an ATM.

 

Payment plans


A 1000 euro deposit to reserve an apartment until the beginning of the construction works. This applies to all payment plans.

1. Advance payment:
- 100% - on signing a preliminary contract

5% discount on the price
2. Fast payment:

- 70% - on signing the contract
- 30% - upon completion of the basic construction of the building
3% discount on the price
 
3. Standard payment:
- 40% - on signing a preliminary contract
- 30% - on third floor completion
- 20% - six months after the completion of the basic construction of the building
- 10% - on А15
