The village of General Kantardjievo has a well developed infrastructure. It is a peaceful and quiet area. Golden Hills will consist of villas with large private gardens and swimming pools, apartments of quality and high standard, a tennis court, shops. Another holiday village - Golden valley - is situated in a hillock area overlooking Golden Hills. Golden valley is also under construction and it will include SPA centres and a golf course.

   The village of General Kantardjievo is located in North-East Bulgaria and belongs to Municipality Aksakovo (Varna District). It is situated on a mountain side just 7 km from the Black Sea coast and around 25 km north of Varna via a new fast road.
There are extensive veiws from the village of General Kantardjievo to the surrounding mountains and through the valley to the Black Sea. 

   Many foreigners (mostly Britons) have bought houses in the area that use as holiday homes, or for permanent living. The mild climate and the closeness of the village to the sea resorts makes it be a desirable destination. In the city hall there is a library offering variety of books, which could satisfy any taste.
   A number of grape-vine massifs have been planted in the vicinity, used for producing of wine. There is a beautiful view towards the resorts situated around. The village has been foreseen to turn to a hot tourist spot after completing of the currently developed projects of holiday villages and construction of the new airport in Albena resort. Each year on June 2nd a fair is being led in the beautiful area - “Ayazmoto”. Well developed infrastructure connects the area with the villages and cities around, as well as with farther spots, which makes it a preferable and suitable place for recreation as well as leading of any kind of cultural events.
